Making things right is easy!

We want you to love your fish friends’ new supplies. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return or exchange it:

Got it within 10 days? Send it back!

You have 10 days from the delivery date to return or exchange most items. Unfortunately, returns and exchanges aren’t possible after 10 days.

Changed your mind? No worries! (sort of)

  • Once your order ships, we can’t cancel it.
  • But, when it arrives, you can:
    • Refuse the package at your door.
    • Contact us after receiving it to start a return. Just email us at blooaquastudio@gmail.com or reach out to our customer support team.

How to Return:

  1. Let us know!Contact us within 10 days of delivery via email (blooaquastudio@gmail.com) or customer support.
  2. We’ll help!We’ll review your request and send you clear instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Safe travels!You’re responsible for securely packing and shipping the item back to us. The original shipping cost won’t be refunded.

How Long Does it Take?

  • Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. We’ll check to make sure it meets our return criteria.

Getting Your Money Back:

  • If your return is approved, you’ll get a full refund for the product price (minus the original shipping cost).
  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and sent back to your original payment method.

What Can’t Be Returned?

  • Some things, like food or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.
